Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
The rules for using Oxumi, written to be read. The short version: use it lawfully, tell people they are talking to an automated assistant, and your data stays yours.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and company legal name (“Oxumi”, “we”). They apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use Oxumi on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you are allowed to.
2. What the service does
Oxumi lets you design a phone conversation as a flow and run it with an automated voice agent, which returns the answers it collected. The service is at an early stage: features may change, and we do not yet offer an uptime commitment.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
4. Acceptable use
You decide who the agent calls and what it says, so you are responsible for those calls being lawful. In particular, you agree to:
- Call only people you have a lawful basis to contact, and honour do-not-disturb registrations, permitted calling hours and telemarketing registration rules that apply to you.
- Keep the opening line that tells the person they are speaking to an automated assistant, and say who the call is on behalf of.
- Stop calling anyone who asks not to be called again.
- Not use the service to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or to give medical, legal or financial advice.
- Not probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service, or access another customer’s data.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Your content and data
Your flows, the details you supply for each call, and the transcripts and answers your calls produce belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to share any personal data you put into the service, including the details of the people you call.
6. Services we rely on
To hold a conversation, the service sends call audio and text to third-party speech and language-model providers, including the model provider you select for an agent. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and output generated by a language model can be wrong. Review what your agent collects before relying on it.
7. Fees
There are no paid plans at present. If we introduce charges, we will publish the prices and tell you before anything you use becomes chargeable; you will not be billed without agreeing first.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. When an account is closed, we delete its projects, agents and call records, subject to anything the law requires us to keep.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content or consequences of calls you choose to make.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the product before they take effect.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction. Questions about them can be sent to contact email.
